Pre activity ·        Teacher greets the students: Hello good morning dear, how are you?

Teacher show the video to the children and teacher repeat the song. And sing together with children.

Summary

The audio lingual method is a method of foreign language teaching which emphasizes the teaching of listening and speaking before reading and writing.

Method learning english with audio, how to correct mistake of pronunciation, how to now standard grammatical within sound, order and form.

A typical lesson in an audio lingual style begins with a dialogue.

Characteristic of audio lingual method :

  1. Dialogue is the media for teaching grammar
  2. No native language used and translation for teaching grammar
  3. Meaning cannot based on the context, its included in drilling system

Tiga belas Juli 2017 sampai dengan tiga puluh Juli 2017. Itu berarti sudah 17 hari—dua minggu lebih—aku hiatus dari blog ini. Dan ini rekor paling lama loh, Lovers. 😎

Sebenarnya Lovers…aku tipikal cerewet yang tak bisa menyimpan rasa. Saat bahagia, aku akan meluapkannya. Demikian juga saat sedih, aku akan galau dan membaperkannya. Jadi aku memilih diam saja. Diam dan sejenak pergi.

Apakah itu artinya : saat ini Cinta sedang sedih?

Oh no! Tidak tidak. Tidak demikian. Hanya ada sedikit masalah. Dan dalam sedikit masalah ini, aku ingin mengukir ceritaku dengan cara terbaik, aku ingin Dia lebih menyayangiku setelah ini, maka aku pilih diam sampai masalahku selesai.

OK. Itu tadi opening yang agak ngelantur dan sama sekali tidak berhubungan dengan apa yang akan kuceritakan. Maaf…maaf….kebiasaan cerewetku belum hilang juga rupanya. 😅

OK. Be serious now, Cinta!

Ada kabar baik.

Alhamdulillah…jam 14.22 WIB tadi, Nunuk, adekku, berkata seperti ini :

“Mbak Cinta…adek Dika (alias dek Fachri) sudah stabil kondisi badannya. Virus CMV-nya sudah melemah. Hari Rabu minggu kemarin, di RS. Kariadi, ibu dokter langsung bilang kalau hari Kamis dan Jumat setiap minggunya akan bisa diterapi. Di hari Kamis, adek diterapi syaraf motoriknya…disuruh duduk dan dipegangi perutnya oleh terapis, sementara tangannya disuruh pegang bantal buat menopang agar posisinya tegak. Kesan pertama, adek langsung nangis kejer. Adek takut, langsung muncul keringat dingin di sekujur tubuhnya, tangannya gemeteran, mbak Cinta. Waktu kutanya kenapa bisa begitu? Kata terapisnya itu karena adek sudah nyaman dengan posisi tidur dan digendong, jadi adek takut begitu disuruh duduk saja. Adek tidak boleh dimanja, harus dibiasakan posisi duduk, di rumah pun begitu. Otomatis, lama-kelamaan nanti adek akan tahu kalau posisi duduk itu tidak menakutkan dan sama sekali tidak membahayakan dirinya. Ini Nunuk juga lagi ajarin adek duduk, mbak Cinta denger tidak, suara adek nangis?”

Nunuk menceritakan semua itu dengan perasaan gembira, sesekali ia tertawa. Ada bahagia yang kudengar dari kejauhan sana.

Aku sesekali menimpali dengan tertawa juga. Iya, hanya tertawa yang kukeraskan tanpa tahu, aku di balik ponselku menangis. Sesekali hatiku berdesis…ah, Nunuk…tegar sekali kau, sayang.

“Mbak Cinta”, Nunuk masih melanjutkan ceritanya,”mbak Cinta masih di sana kan, koq diam saja?”

“Iya…masih” jawabku singkat.

“Nah, kalau di hari Jumat, adek diterapi bicara. Jumat kemarin, pertama diterapi, wajahnya dan lehernya dipijit-pijit, eh, si adek nangis kejer lagi, nangisnya paling kenceng di antara yang lain. Tangan terapisnya disingkirin mulu. Tapi si terapis tidak bergeming.”

“……..”

Tiba-tiba hening sesaat.

“Mbak Cinta, Nunuk masih bersyukur di sini. Allah kasih liat semuanya. Ada yang berumur tujuh tahun tapi belum bisa ngomong apa-apa. Ada yang berumur lima tahun sudah bisa jalan tapi begitu tangan kanannya di angkat langsung limbung dan jatuh. Ada yang berumur empat tahun, tapi kedua kakinya kecil sekali, kasihan melihatnya. Sementara adek…Alhamdulillah adek masih sempurna, umurnya masih satu tahun enam bulan. Kata dokter, kemungkinan berhasilnya lebih besar karena potensi terbaik untuk belajar berjalan dan bicara ada di batas tiga tahun. Mbak Cinta doakan ya, doakan adek bisa berjalan dan berbicara sebelum berumur tiga tahun nanti.”

“Iya…insya Allah, Nunuk, pasti kudoakan. Kamu harus selalu optimis ya. Harus. Semangat ya!”
